JOYOU Group, founded in October 2010, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service of vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, gantry machining centers, CNC lathes, precision high-speed five-axis machining centers, fixtures, and robotic automation solutions.
To enhance its technical expertise, JOYOU Group acquired South Korea's Sanben Intelligent in 2016, forming Sanben Intelligent Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., which has achieved significant advancements in high-speed graphite processing machines and high-speed five-axis technology. In 2018, the group acquired Taiwan Zhengyang Machine Tool, strengthening its technical capabilities in horizontal machining centers, horizontal boring and milling machines, and large gantry machines. Its products and solutions are widely applied across various industries, including automotive, precision molds, IT electronics, and new energy.

Flexible production line plus intelligent manufacturing system realizes centralized control and intelligent digital management of all hardware, intelligent production management and automatic execution of the whole process.
Full process mechanical automation operation, the whole process is precisely controlled according to standards, greatly reducing rework and material waste caused by human operation errors, and at the same time helping to improve the safety of the production process.
Flexible Dual Station Automatic Loading Machine
The double-station automatic exchange loader is suitable for the automated production of machining processes for batch products and parts.
Workpieces are loaded and unloaded outside the machine, which does not occupy the machine production time and does not require downtime waiting, effectively reducing the non-processing time of the machine tool, improving the utilization rate, and improving the overall production efficiency;
Intelligent Manufacturing System
The flexible production line CNC intelligent manufacturing system is independently developed and designed by JOYOU. After 7 years of research and development and actual application on customer sites, the MES system has been recognized by a large number of customers and eventually formed the fourth-generation information system.
